Emotional Intelligence

How do you mix oil and water?  You don't.  The same is often true of emotions and intelligence.  A surge of one reduces the volume of the other.  Why be concerned?  It doesn't matter how intelligent you may be if you can't manage your emotions.  Have you ever noticed that some of the "smartest" people around aren't really the brightest?  Look closely at the way these people manage their emotions and you'll find clues to how they got ahead.  Learn tips on when to express emotion and when to refrain from expressing yourself and how to avoid other people's hot buttons as well.  Learn how to mix your oil and water.
